I ran from Montigny-le-Bretonneux in Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines (SQY) to the Statue of Liberty on Swan Island, in Paris. Running is the natural, effective and free way to prevent chronic diseases and thus vulnerability to COVID-19. I run, hence I’m stronger than the COVID-19, even after 65.
