The 2021 Chantilly Castle Marathon
Marathon # 300

By Dr. Barefoot Sidy Diallo
We can easily and effectively prevent obesity and other COVID comorbidities for free, while curbing both global warming and the depletion of natural resources to stay healthy and keep our planet habitable.
I ran on August 29, 2021, in the park of the Chantilly Castle my first official marathon in France since the outbreak of the COVID hysteria. The marathon was one of the events of the Castle Race Series in Chantilly, which included a half marathon and many triathlon races.
In compliance with the hysteric COVID guidelines, after waiting together close to each other for tens of minutes, runners had to start in each race one by one every 5 or 6 seconds, i.e. 10 to 12 runners per minute, allegedly to prevent COVID contamination. Fortunately, we were not so many participants; otherwise we would have needed many days to complete the start of the races...
As I explain in my book Running Barefoot for Human Survival, Human body is not designed for our lifestyle, hence the scourges and the risk of extinction we’re sadly facing. Like our ancestors, we’re born to run barefoot to be happy and healthy, boost our immune systems and ensure the survival of our species. And that’s crucial, since prevention is the free, safe and most effective solution to many diseases and pandemics, including obesity and COVID-19.
Moreover, aggressive prevention would not only save yearly tens of millions lives and a lot of money, but also significantly improve our quality of life and humanness, and drastically reduce global warming and the depletion of natural resources.
Running Barefoot for Human Survival is available on Amazon in paperback and e-book format (French edition: Courir pieds nus pour sauver les humains).
