Humans Were Happy Social Beings
By Dr. Barefoot Sidy Diallo
It’s our duty and responsibility to act for both our health and human survival, instead of lamenting our condition and contributing to the untimely extinction of our species. In other words, if we don’t promptly and efficiently adapt our lifestyle to the nature of the human body, we’ll irresponsibly terminate human life.
Sadly, many humans keep indulging in the unsustainable and unhealthy lifestyle, while blaming nature or other people for any damaging consequences—including on their health or their finances and on the planet—and naively resorting to costly and mostly ineffective remedies. It’s regrettable that the most intelligent animal species, i.e. Homo sapiens, is so stupidly and vehemently destroying itself for money, power, a moment of fame, etc., particularly since the outbreak of COVID-19.
As explained in my book Running Barefoot for Human Survival, the human body is not designed for our lifestyle, hence the financial, societal, environmental and health issues we’re now facing. Like our ancestors, we’re born to run barefoot to be happy and healthy, boost our immune systems and ensure the survival of our species. And that’s crucial, since prevention is the free, safe and most effective solution to many diseases and pandemics, including obesity and COVID-19.
Moreover, efficient prevention would not only save yearly tens of millions lives and a lot of money, but also significantly improve our quality of life and humanness, and drastically reduce global warming and the depletion of natural resources.
My book Running Barefoot for Human Survival is available on Amazon in paperback and e-book format (French edition: Courir pieds nus pour sauver les humains).
