The Most Magical Marathon
I in Orlando, Florida, my 99th marathon. The start of the Disney Marathon took place in successive waves at Epcot Park, where the race also finished. Like many runners, I joined the queues several times for photos with the Disney characters throughout the course which passed through the other parks, stadiums, etc., making the race the only marathon where participants may have the feeling that the distance was almost virtual.
