This private marathon included an official race: the challenging Isleta Extreme 23 km Run on the hills of the Isleta Peninsula in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, the capital of the island. I did 5 km before the race and 14.2 km on the lovely Paseo de Las Canteras after completing the race.
