I have done marathons or ultramarathons--mostly barefoot—in 105 countries to promote around the world the fitness and health benefits of running.

I've completed at least one marathon and one ultramarathon on each of the 7 continents: Antarctica, Africa, North America, South America, Asia, Europe and Oceania. I've run over 400 marathons and ultramathons with the unique purpose to stay fit and healthy, and promote around the world the fitness and health benefits of long-distance running.

I’ve completed between two and tens of marathons or ultramarathons in each of the following 30 countries: Antarctica, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Czechia, Netherlands, Bermuda, Brazil, Canada, Chile, England, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Italy, Malta, Mauritius, Mexico, Norway, Panama, Romania, Russia, South Africa, Spain, Suriname, Sweden, Switzerland, Vietnam and the United States.
