Dr. Sidy Diallo ran in Livingstone, Zambia, his fourth barefoot marathon in Africa. Dr. Barefoot, I presume?
The 2017 Zambezi Waterfront Marathon
Barefoot Marathon # 15
Date: August 5, 2017
My results: 7:44:05
I left my footprints on the Kaazmein Lodge lawn, in Livingstone, where I created a trail with my bare feet. The city is named after the Scottish physician David Livingstone, the first European to explore the area. Many of us know the famous words “Dr. Livingstone, I presume?”
I posed on the occasion at the foot of the impressive statue of Dr. Livingstone in Victoria Falls.
