I placed first in my age group, just as I did seven days earlier in the 2024 Marne and Gondoire Marathon. Most importantly, I participated in the 2024 Run in Lyon with my wife Gisèle, and our sons Thierry, Cedric and Alexandre. That’s the first time for us to race together since our participation over eleven years ago in the 2013 Australian Outback Marathon in the country of the kangaroos.
